Ards Dental Practice has been established & serving our community for over 40 years! We pride ourselves on our passion for caring for our patients and being committed to continually improving our service. Our experienced and friendly team welcome you to our modern, relaxing practice with state of the art equipment including fully computerised systems and digital x-rays.
Our philosophy is simple; you as our guest are special. We believe our knowledgeable & personalised service sets us apart.
We understand that for many visiting the dentist is an experience they would like to avoid. That is why we provide a friendly, comfortable & relaxing atmosphere for our patients. Attending your appointment:
*Please bring along a list of any current medications you are taking. Each year you will be asked to complete a medical questionaire. You may think that some conditions are not important enough to mention. However, quite often these conditions are just as important. The information will help the dental team work together to make sure you are treated in the safest way possible and are not put at any risk during treatment.
*On arrival please report to a member of the reception team who will let the dentist know you have arrived.
*Once you have seen the dentist you will be asked to make your way back to reception where you can book any further appointments needed. You can also pick up an estimate for your treatment plan, take this time to ask any further questions. Our team are known for being helpful & friendly & will be happy to help with any queries.
Remember in both Ards & Kircubbin we can offer ground floor surgeries for patients who cannot make the stairs. If you require the ground floor surgery please let a member of staff know on booking the appointment.
